A1: If the sample is in stock, we will send it to you by express. You can use our own express account or prepay for us if you don't have an account. A3: We normally provide our customers with FOB price in USD. We can also offer door-to-door delivery (ship to your shop's address) or CIF price upon request. The shipping port is Qingdao, which is a few hours away from our factory.
PAYMENT:
Q4: What are your payment terms?
A4: For small order values (<$5000), please pay us 100% in advance. For higher order values, we accept a 30% deposit and the balance can be paid via T/T against a copy of the Bill of Lading or through L/C at sight.
