SPC Flooring is also called RVP or rigid plastic floor, it consists of thickness wear-resistant layer,UV layer,color fim texture laayer and base material layer,its base material is a composite board made of stone powder and thermoplastic polymer material after being stirred evenly and then extruded at high temperature.at the same time,it has the properties annd characteristics of wood and plastic to ensure the strength and toughness of the floor.
SPC is the abbreviation of stone-plastic composite, the S means natural stone powder and fiber, so its structure is more durable, stable and environmental. It's new design material of vinyl floors, and work better than traditional LVT floors and WPC floors.
SPC flooring has a strong and rigid structure on both of its core and base to hold its dimension more stable than WPC/LVT products. Thus, there is no more concern on shrinkage or buckling issues for life time usage. Another main attraction is its high click strength performs more excellent 10 times than WPC/LVT.
