Eir surface
Eir is a manufacturing technique use to create a grain consistent with the photographic image on the laminate floor.Benefits of EIR : Intensifies depth, texture and natural look of the floor.Accentuates the design; especially when light is reflected off the surface Allows for micro-grout lines and precise detailing.
Cut the edge of the floor for 30 or 45 angle, and thencover the substrate color with paint ,The patchwork will have the V-shaped after paving. The edge of color are layering, similar with solid wood flooring , lots of the Consumers like this design.
Using high-definition wood grain scanning and digital vector recognition technology, the final printed on the floor of the actual color resolution up to 600dpi, the clarity will be zoomed in twice.

·When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price. Please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
·How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation,you can require for samples to check our quality. Normally It takes 3 days to make a sample especially the samples are tailor made.The clients need to cover the freight cost.
·How can I pay the sample fee and freight cost?
You can pay it by T/T or by Western Union. If you are not satisfied with the freight cost you can pay collect.
·Can you Design for us?
Yes, We have a professional team in flooring&finger joint board design and manufacturing. Just tell us ideas and we will help to carry out your idea into the design. We will send you samples for confirmation.
·How long can I expect to get the sample.
Normally it takes 3 days to finish the samples. The sample delivery time from 3-5 work days depends on the express company you choose.
·What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The normal delivery time is around 10-35 days.
·What is your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB,EXW, CIFetc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
